I worked from Dust Doctors from 08/18-02-19 I quit due to many reasons and I’m here today to explain them to save customers from their scams. Dust Doctors prides themselves on being a ethical company with the best cleaning process. Yes I do believe that their process is the best in the business but ethically they are the complete opposite. If you are a Hero/ Uptown heating and cooling customer and are getting quotes of $800-$1000 per job just know you are paying twice as much, our pricing is $199.95 for a basic whip cleaning (aka the maintenance cleaning) and $199.95 + $10 a vent for the deep clean so for example of you have a 2000 sq ft house you should only be paying $399.95 before tax. The company made me lie on their behalf. Here’s an example, one lady had us there before and we disconnected a vent and I called my boss and he said to say “we didn’t notice anything” and to get out of there. I did the right thing and I told her what he said and to get another company to prove it. Also the manager isn’t a manager at all he does nothing different than anybody else besides having the power to pawn off jobs on people because he’s running behind. They treat each employee like crap. I’m 20 years old and I worked every single Saturday they asked me to, I started as a helper and they needed me as a lead so I stepped up and took on the responsibility. They gave me a hard tome for taking too long when all I was doing was making sure I was cleaning every thing properly. I quit because Aaron Enger was extremely disrespectful and a complete scammer . He will sell blower cleanings when there’s a light dust, would you pay $100 to get a small amount of dust taken off especially if all it takes is a light air blow for 4 mins? Probably not worth it huh? If Aaron can’t get the tool in the vent he skips it and still charges you for it. He’s dis honest with customers and will lie to the owner to cover his own ***. DONT GET SCAMMED BY THESE SCUM.
