I put a CD or DVD into the drive, and it wasn't reading. They said they might have to use some new parts to fix it. They were very friendly, courteous, and good to communicate with. They were upfront about what they would do and how much it would cost. They were very quick too. They had a fixed price to resolve the problem. I think it's about $100 to fix virus issues. I got the impression that they were honest. I didn't get a feeling that they would rip me off. They eventually fixed the problem. If I had a problem again within 30 days, I could take it back and it would get fixed at no extra charge. I don't know exactly what was done, but I was pleased with the price and their service.
