Rob is absolutely the best handyman we've ever worked with.  He did every thing imaginable, trying to troubleshoot an issue with aged siding. He is came up with a great plan for how to do a repair without us having to purchase a minimum order of new siding when only 1 piece was needed. Seems like that should be easy, but it wasn't. He worked very hard and never gave us. He is now "our go-to guy" and we highly recommend Rob.

They did a lot of roofs in my neighborhood. They found us after the storm and worked with the insurance company. They came out with the adjuster and looked at everything.

They were here when they said they would be and those men worked long hours on that roof. The work turned out just fine. One of the things I liked is that they brought a lot of workers to get it done more quickly. They also cleaned up well. They hauled everything off and picked up all the nails after they finished.

However, getting them back to do the last details took me a little while. There were a few things I found that needed to be repaired or didn't quite match up. It was probably because they were so busy.

They had a crew of 3-5 people stripping the roof and putting the new shingles down. They worked very diligently and completed the service in about 3-4 days. I was very well pleased with their work.

My wife was less than thrilled with their work. They had to come out to repair the work twice and did not live up to our expectations for a safe environment. We had to call them back after a week because the roof was already leaking and there was a nail sticking up in the base of our bay window where someone could possibly sit. We had communicated the importance of cleaning up the metal because we have a small child. I have spent the last year picking up metal, nails and bolts in my yard. Their pricing was competitive but you get what you pay for.

Mike Clifton, CroixCo, stopped by and offered a free roof inspection. I contacted my insurance company and they came out to review damage. I signed on with CroixCo. They were out in early July and completed the work in one day. Very hard working crew and supervisor. The workers took care not to trample any of the shrubs. Also picked up nails. Mike also stopped by to check on things. Could not have gone any better. I sure hope I don't get any more storm damage but if I do, I'll contact them for a bid.

Amazing work crew, while they warned that they use every care to avoid crushing plants etc, that they could not guarantee that no plants would get damaged. Even though we have a ton of flowers and hostas next to our house, not one plant was damaged in any way. Fast, efficient and an amazing clean up job.
