This place is the WORST. We hired for a kitchen remodel and it was a disaster from the beginning to end. The cabinets were okay but the guy is a carpenter so he should stick to that. He did the ceramic subway tile and it looks terrible. He installed the linoleum floor using the wrong adhesive and sub-floor (because apparently he cannot read the manufacturer instructions I left for him) and they all popped up within a year. $1300 worth of flooring RUINED! He said he'd fix it but never did. He did not repay me for the flooring and did not fix it. I've asked him twice to pay me back for the product but he hasn't. This was in 2015 - I've been trying to get resolution for THREE YEARS. I finally pulled all that tile up and threw it out and had to replace it myself with something else. Something I installed myself so it would be done RIGHT. He was demanding the second payment before the job was done. Running games on both me and another person I had referred to him before I knew what a disaster he is. He screwed them over too. He's a scammer. Don't do business with these people. Extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely Awful! We provided a down payment for these folks March 9th 2016. The projects was contracted to be completed by May 11th 2016. As of August 2016, the project was still not complete. In fact, there was a point where they told us the old cabinets would be removed and the new ones completely installed in a total of three days. FIVE WEEKS after removal of the old cabinets, we still didn’t have a functional kitchen or running water to use. We were essentially without a kitchen for almost two months. When they did install the cabinets, it was a mess. We had multiple issues including the following (see attached pictures for reference): - Broken Granite Counter Top – broken by Countertops, Cabinets, and More. However, we were lied to about how the countertop was broken. Incredibly we were given multiple excuses (including that our dog broke it) to only find out the owner of Countertops, Cabinets, and More broke it while trying to force the granite in place. - Broken Door Trim - Broken Window Sill - Broken Floor Tile - Cabinets built incorrectly from project prints – In fact, they built the cabinets without a spot for the dishwasher then amazing we were told “WE CHANGED OUR MIND”. They completely forgot what they were building and didn’t even follow the outline THEY PROVIDED or the one that was actually supposed to be completed. - Corner Desk in kitchen never built. Somehow a 12 x 14 stand was placed in the corner and caulked to the wall. We have no idea how this happened. - Ceiling was significantly damaged – instead of removing the screws holding the old cabinets in place, they just ripped the cabinets out of the ceiling leaving huge holes. They never fixed this or any damage they caused. - Cabinet drawers built with holes in wood that were filled with glue Immediately after providing the down payment, these people never even attempted to contact us. We had to reach out to them to have any communication. This is very honestly the worst experience I could have ever imagined with a contractor. At one point, we were even called saying the project was done. In fact, cabinets were missing; doors missing, glass missing from doors; damage throughout kitchen. It was at the point of this call that we were threatened and told we had to “PAY NOW OR ELSE”. Countertops, Cabinets, and More even refused a walk-through. They wouldn’t let us look at the project before paying. The owner refused to correct any damaged caused. We refused to pay without a walk-through. A couple days later, the owner of Countertops, Cabinets, and More arrived at my other home uninvited and unscheduled. It was at that point, that the owner VERBALLY ATTACKED my 90 year old father who was completely unaware of the situation. This resulted in my father being hospitalized. Over the course of attempting to get this project completed, we attempted contact to Countertops, Cabinets, and More continuously without any direction and were repeatedly lied to. In fact, we never saw any traction until they stopped communicating with us, refused to refund our money, and would only speak through their lawyer. Their own lawyer prompted them to return our money. It was only at that point that they began work on our project. This whole experience was disturbing. We would never recommend these people to anyone. Absolutely terrible service and people.

The two week timeframe turned into 3 weeks. On the day of installation, they were over 2 hours late from the time they said they would be there to install the new drawer and door fronts. They did not tell us that the drawers needed to be emptied, which we gladly would have done, instead, they just piled the contents of the drawers all over our kitchen.After the first door fronts were installed, I was horrified at what the job looked like! The color was off-it looked like a patched job, and in no way came close to the promises made that they could make our cabinets look like new again. As the fronts were being installed I told him they were the wrong color, he said that our cabinet frames were oxidized, and therefore nothing they could do would be a perfect match! This was opposite of what was told us to when we placed the order and gave him the downpayment. When I complained that this was NOT what we expected, he became argumentative, insulting and demanded final payment. He even threatened to come into our home and remove the fronts! He did not offer solutions, even at additional cost, that would make our cabinets look as though they were not patched together. He just kept demanding his final payment.
In our experience, and we have hired many contractors both for our home and our investment properties, Cabinets, Countertops and More was the least professional, misrepresented what they could do, and not the type of company that we would want to do business with. We would never, ever consider using them again!
Update! After a heated conversation with my husband Frank Mcmahon lied to the local sheriff's department and actually got a harassment order of protection! Of course, when the case came to court it was thrown out as not having any basis. In my opinion, this man is a liar and one of the most unprofessional contractors we have ever worked with. He's also hot headed and confrontational. I believe he is mentally unstable. He is, in my opinion,  also vengeful, spiteful and vindictive. This dispute could have been settled amicably to the satisfaction of all concerned. Instead, Mr Mcmahon decided to go another direction. In my opinion something tells me Mr. Mcmahon is very familiar with the court system, harassment orders and the turmoil in which these are found. Again, my opinion is if you use this company you will regret it. We do.
Update: We went to conciliation court. The judge asked us to show each other the documents we were to use to plead our cases. Once McMahon saw the examples my husband provided including one of the original drawer fronts with one he made it was pretty obvious it wasn't a match. Or even close. He used a cheap grade of Hickory instead of spending a little extra to do it right. Once presented with our case, he agreed to drop his counter suit, which was bogus, and settle for what he had already been paid. Being as we were prepping for a sale we had to hire another company at great expense to make his job look right.

Frank was never on time, delayed the projects by weeks and weeks and worst of all, said he was going to show up and then never did. He would never call to say he wasn't going to be there, he just wouldn't come. I was left wondering if the job was ever going to begin, then if it was ever going to be finished. Frank spread out a project that should have only take a couple of days into a full week because he arrived late, left early, and spent a good deal of time chatting with vendors he invited over to my home and even my neighbors! The sad thing is that I am happy to have it completed but we spent a lot of money on this project because we wanted it to look exactly like our 1920s existing cabinetry and it doesn't. I would never hire Frank again, nor would I recommend him to anyone.
