Excellent job! Phil was excellent and will hire him again!

We’re happy we hired Phil. He wrote an estimate on site as he inspected our concrete stairs. We were able to schedule the work with hardly any wait. Phil completed the work along with his crew, and they did a great job.

Hansen Services was the perfect concrete contractor. I say that given my background - family built homes and commercial buildings for 50+ year in the St Cloud area (1945 - 1995). As such I know correct concrete work. Phil from Hansen was responsive, offered work at a very fair price, did what he said he'd do, came when he said he'd come, completed work in 2 days (2 sets of steps, 35' of side walk, two slabs with contoured elevations for proper drainage), took no money in advance, took a full payment check after, did beautiful concrete finishing, cleaned up really beyond what might be expected, did more than expected in terms of a few extra bits that needed to be done after concrete was laid, backfilled nicely, didn't leave concrete pile from cleaning concrete truck/shoot, concrete was proper thickness, sidewalk joints were correctly done, and no splatter on home siding (stucco so tough to get off). On a personal level, Phil was excellent to work with. Interactions with Phil were to the point, upbeat and real! BTW, I'd never met Phil or had Hansen Services do work for me prior. I have further work to do and will absolutely rehire him as my first and only go to concrete contractor. Overall rating - exceptional and far exceeded expectations.

Both Phil and Dave were excellent to work with throughout the entire job. I knew exactly what I wanted and they were able to execute my design plans. I secured three quotes for my job and theirs was very competitive! Would not hesitate to hire them for another job.

well they've done excellent job but it's been 3 weeks now that my gate hasn't been installed yet. I was told that they'll be back in 2 weeks after the job complation, yes we had that snow fall but now it's nice out. I called one phone number and it said it's not available and can't take message the mail box is full. I called a different number and no answer but was able to leave a message but haven't heard from them. I wish that they would called me back (customer service/communication) to let me know what's going on.

Quick to respond, was able to complete work at an earlier date than estimated, step replacement looks great. What else could you ask for? Highly recommended.

work was done professional and by the owners of company. personal care was taken and addition work was done beyond quote. many complements made of work done.

I contracted to have an existing aggregate sidewalk and patio replaced with new aggregate. The aggregate on the patio is not uniform looking. There are areas where it looks like not enough aggregate was exposed. The sidewalk was poured the following day and does not transition well to the patio. The exposure level and color are different. When I expressed these concerns I was told it can take 28 days for cement to cure and the appearance will change. That time has passed and no appearance changes have happened.

These guys are very friendly and professional. They obviously know what they're doing and follow through with exactly what they promise. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent service. Phil showed up on time for initial appointment and provided a reasonable estimate within minutes. Scheduled the installation of a new exposed aggregate sidewalk, and the work was done on time. We will definitely use again when we need more work done.
