Power rake went well, the first application went well. However, the spring start up no one showed for their scheduled time, called Travis and he said he would call back. No call back. No reschedule and no one ever showed up. After reading the reviews this seems to be their M.O. and am thankful that I can find another provider before I had more problems.

I called to set up an appointment to have my lawn aerated and got a cost estimate. They came out on the scheduled day and did a good job. I have used this company for several years now for lawn aeration and power raking and have always had good service.

It's sometimes hard to know when they would be arriving for snow removal. Also one time, we had hard time getting one of our cars into the driveway (we are on a hill, very slippery with some of the snow storms this year), and went inside for a 15 minute break after we finally did. Apparently the snow removal truck came right after, then left. We waited and waited, finally called the next morning (there was some light snow at night, so we weren't sure when they were supposed to come) and they told us because the car was there, they couldn't plow. They did not ring bell or somehow get our attention to move the car, while it was clear we were home--garage door open, lights on, etc. Because it was the next morning and they finished making the rounds, they would not come back. All the other times went fine.

Service was performed as expected. Will likely use again.

Service was very good.We weren't at the beginning of our crew's route so following a heavy snowfall it could sometimes be several hours before they got to us. The quality of their work surpassed that of previous companies we've used. They were respectful of our instructions as to where to pile the snow, even though it got to be quite a mountain by the end of the season. We appreciated the multiple payment options they offered - by the season, by the month, or by the individual plowing. We plan to use them again this year.

I thought that they were fantastic. They were very responsive. They came and did what they said they were going to do. I was very happy with their services. Their prices were very competitive. They were way under than any other companies we looked at. They were also very friendly and helpful.

I never saw him and he completed the work on time. He was trustworthy and I would recommend him to others.

We are very pleased with the work done. The crew was very efficient and did no damage to our lawn and shrubbery. The guys were professional, dressed to do the job, and had all the equipment necessary. The work took less than one day. Brian stopped by after all the work was done to be sure we were pleased.

Professional showed up on time and got right to work. Explained what equipment he was using and was careful to make sure that he was aware of where our in-ground sprinkler heads were located so as not to damage them. Stuck around for a few minutes to answer some of my other lawn care questions. Very friendly and professional, hope to call on them again.
