He arrived 7 days before we began construction. Provided me with a detailed list of labor and expenses. Said if I hired him what kind of time it would take to get a permit (which I already possessed from the architect). Once hired all of the materials arrived in the order they were needed (which was nice so I did not have to step over piles). The wall was framed in two days. Then We Build It (Dustin) brought in an electrician to install the outlets and wired things up. I had my first of two inspections (structural & electrical) scheduled. We passed. Then he hung the rock on the back of the wall, installed the doors and service counter. From there he brought in a sub to tape the wall (very good work). After a few coats of mud and some light sanding we were ready for the painter (another sub provided by We Build It) whom primed and painted (two coats). We Build It (Dustin) came back and installed the vinyl trim at the base of the wall. We passed final inspection!!!
