Excellent. Thanks Ed for the many years of great service. I have purchased new equipment from Valley Lawn and Sport, and have had my equipment maintenance and repairs completed by their team. I have been very happy with their prices, professionalism and performance. I will continue to be a customer and would recommend them to everyone.

I took my Toro mower to Valley Lawn & Sport to have a hydraulic pump leak repaired and spring tune up.  I have never experienced such rude and degrading service from a provider before.  I felt as if I was doing him a favor by bringing business to him.  Every time I called to check the status the conversation would start "I call you when I'm done, don't call me".  Several weeks later the mower was finished.  When I took the mower to him the only problem was the leak.  After he finished the work he told me the blades would not engage (PTO).  He replaced multiple parts trying to figure out the problem.  Again, there was nothing wrong with this function when  I took it to him.  6 hours of labor and $600 dollars later I got the mower back, only for the leak to recur after 4 months.  As for the spring tune up, although it was documented on the work to be performed, he didn't do any of it and stated he completely overlooked it.  Any other service provider I would have taken the mower back to for repair.  There was no way I would trust this guy to work on the mower again.  Who knows what else he may find wrong in order to pad his pockets.
