Nick and Jason were great with helping us obtain a mortgage to purchase a second home. Jason met with us a year before we were ready to purchase a property to provide advice and answer our questions about financing a second home. He helped us plan and get our finances in shape in preparation of purchasing a second home. When we were ready to purchase a home Jason and Nick where available and ready to work on our behalf. Nick was very thorough in completing the paperwork and requesting documentation from us. We were provided with a list of documents needed which was complete the first time. We did not have to keep going back and forth providing additional documentation like some mortgage agents require. Everything was ready by our closing date and there were no last minute rushes or issues. Nick and Jason made the process very painless and easy for us.
