Nick and Jason were great with helping us obtain a mortgage to purchase a second home. Jason met with us a year before we were ready to purchase a property to provide advice and answer our questions about financing a second home. He helped us plan and get our finances in shape in preparation of purchasing a second home. When we were ready to purchase a home Jason and Nick where available and ready to work on our behalf. Nick was very thorough in completing the paperwork and requesting documentation from us. We were provided with a list of documents needed which was complete the first time. We did not have to keep going back and forth providing additional documentation like some mortgage agents require.
