Scott was recommended to us by our Mortgage broker, and we couldn't have anyone better. Right from the start Scott made sure that all of our questions were answered, and offered any other information that we needed to know but didn't think to ask about. He made time to take us out and see the houses we wanted to look at around our schedule. His communication was awesome, always responding quickly.
While we were out looking at the houses he would point out both the good points and things that would need our attention. This was such a great thing, it really helped us relax into the whole buying process knowing that we weren't going to get pressured into a home that wasn't what we were really looking for.
We had a very demanding list of needs for the price range that we were comfortable being in, and i know we were driving him crazy but he was able to find us a fantastic first home. His expertise in the business really paid off. The home we found and wanted to put an offer in on was on the market for less than a week, and we were the second offer on it. Scott made a recommendation on how we could make our offer more attractive to the seller without breaking the bank and it worked perfectly.
