SCHNEIDERMAN'S FURNITURE

I purchased a $900 ottoman from Schneiderman Furniture 20 days ago. It ended up having a manufacturers defect and started to bulge through the top. I contacted Schneiderman's and they are refusing to refund my purchase, despite a manufacturer warranty. I am extremely disappointed with Schneiderman's who sells high priced, poor quality furniture and than refuses to refund the customer when the furniture starts breaking within a few weeks. They are only offering a store credit, to buy more of their junk products. I obviously am not interested in purchasing more of Schneiderman's poor quality furniture, while also experiencing very poor customer service during the process. I will not be shopping at Schneiderman Furniture. I hope you consider this, if you buy a piece of furniture and it falls apart 20 days later, Schneiderman's will refuse to refund the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous!

I like to go to this store because of the interior decoration and the quality of their furniture. I like that the staff is accommodating, but they do not hover. I was impressed that the delivery guys were clever and determined. I like to take advantage of the sales, when they have them.

Dining table and chairs were damaged at their storage pickup location. They offered a 10% refund or else return the discontinued table.

The metal base broke. We called them and they ordered new parts, and had them delivered them to our door at no charge.
