Mitch came out and examined the section of the gutter. He said the steep grade of the roof probably caused the overflow. He did extra caulking around the gutters. He said the current stretch of gutter was sufficient and best for the house, both in summer and to prevent ice dams. He took a lot of time to examine the situation and provide a solution. I was pleased with his attention to detail.

In our roofing project, Roof Time Inc's bid was the most detailed and comprehensive AND most competitive. That was important as I paid from out of pocket. The actual experience was exactly as promised. The owner, Mitch is not afraid to get up on a high pitch roof to inspect the work and make sure it is done right. I was impressed by his concern that the home owner is satisfied. What a tough job on hot summer days. I am glad I chose Roof Time. I hope I don't need it in the near future but if I do, I no longer have to fret choosing a roofing contractor.

We have never before had such a smooth experience with any contractor (and we have worked with several over the years.) First of all, Mitch is a very good listener, and he is a very detailed thinker. He put a lot of time into meeting with us twice and putting together a very detailed proposal and bid before we ever signed a commitment to him. This effort on his part made us feel like our business was valued. Most of all, it meant that the actual project costs came in right where he said they would. There were no surprise cost increases, only some decision upgrades of our own. Mitch is an excellent project manager. He uses subcontractors who are high quality and experts in their respective areas. He schedules the project as efficiently as possible. In our case, what we thought would be an 8-12 week project took only 4 weeks from beginning to end with Mitch. Someone was here working every day. Mitch checked in on the progress several times a day. We did not have to do any communication with the subcontractors ourselves. Mitch made sure the space was cleaned and prepped for the next step all along the way. He also did some of the miscellaneous detail work himself, and he is very skilled at that as well. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Roof Time for interior remodeling/finishing work, and I will definitely call him for future projects, both inside and out. His customer service goes above and beyond.

Great!
I had a small piece of siding that was missing from my house.
Mitch came out and was able to find an exact match for my siding and provided a very reasonable estimate.
Mitch went out of his way to combine my order with another so that I didn't have to purchase a full box of siding, which saved me a SIGNIFICANT amount of money.
I also used Roof Time in April 2015 to replace some damaged fascia and soffit.
I received the same great service at a reasonable price for this repair as well.
Both of the jobs were small, but I felt like valued customer

Roof Time, Inc. was able to help me with my vinyl siding issue and insurance claim. The owner Mitch helped me through the warranty process on my vinyl siding. He was able to prove that I had mismatched/defective siding. The manufacture provided new replacement vinyl siding for the entire house and a $2600 check to offset some of the labor costs. On the insurance claim for hail damage, he was able to get the insurance company to revise the amount of repairs to reflect the fascia and window wrap areas that were not in the originally included by the adjuster. I also had them install some new gutters in some areas that were desperately needed. Mitch really went to bat for me with the siding manufacture and insurance company. I am happy with the work completed and I would highly recommend him to anyone for siding replacement.

Mitch was referred to me by my agent who had a good experience. Roof Time, Inc. was able to get my insurance company to actually respond to some issues I had with the adjusters estimate. They negotiated on my behalf and were able to get me almost double the original amount the adjusters had figured. Of course that meant more repair work would be completed too. They also helped to process my shingle warranty claim with the manufacture. The manufacture provided free shingles as a replacement which saved me at least $4000 in out of pocket cost. I upgraded the shingles to a much nicer color and I am very happy with the work completed. Mitch, the owner of Roof Time, Inc. explained what he was going to do and followed up on that promise. I would highly recommend him to anyone for roofing replacement.

We had a major hail storm on Saturday, July 26th, 2014. We called Roof Time, Inc. because our close friends in the Twin Cities highly recommended. We called Roof Time and they came out the very next day! Mitch was very professional and was an expert when it came to working with our insurance. He handled pretty much everything start to finish. Our new roof is beautiful and we couldn't be more satisfied. He brought out many color samples and products to choose from and recommended what color would work best for our home. Everything from start to finish was great. I even enjoyed how Mitch took the extra time to go around my entire yard with a special machine that picked up loose nails. That one along way with me. I don't have to worry about my riding lawn tractor and damage to my wheels. The entire crew that worked on my house was very friendly.
Mitch explained the process from start to finish. He went down every detail with me and offered to help me take down and re-hang some of my pictures on the walls. I have a bad wrist and was concerned that I couldn't do it myself.
I would definitely refer Roof Time, Inc. to all of my family, friends and neighbors. He may be back next spring to hang some gutters to my home as well. I trust the quality and craftsmanship.
