QUALITY SEASONS INC

During the last 4+ years, Quality Seasons has performed in a consistent, reliable and timely manner, regardless of weather conditions. And each of my many questions and preferences (even the nitpicky ones) have been resolved promptly and with patience and courtesy. Quality Seasons is one of the few comforts of a Minnesota winter!

Really well. They do a beautiful job every time.

Derek and the team at Quality Seasons are the best at customer service. When it snows a lot and they are unable to keep up, Derek ensure clients know what and when to expect service. He's always available to explain the situation and many times goes ovet and above for clients. He highly recommend them for snow removal and yard care!

Plow left dramatic rust marks on driveway.  Derek (owner) says this is normal, however I do not see rust marks on other driveways.  Our last property was concrete with similar plow service and never had this issue.
Over salted and killed a significant amount of surrounding yard.  They did warn this may happen, but seemed a bit excessive and not very thoughtful in their application.
Called numerous times to have them do our sidewalk all the way to the end of the property but always came up 10 feet short.  Also did not clear other end of sidewalk to street even though they claimed to come by after city plow.  Just left that pile up for some reason.  In the end we found out our neighbor was clearing the walk early before Quality Seasons came out, but they never told us and still charged us full rate.
Derek tried to be reasonable at first but ultimately was quite rude, defensive and difficult to talk to.  I received long email explanations and he blamed "The Wife" for complaining about service when I was his primary contact.  Gave him every chance to make it right and ultimately he fired me since I was a difficult client.

I used them for Fall Yard cleanup. 

They have been reliable, and generally good. They are expensive, so keep that in mind.

It costs $36/week for mowing. They do a good job and change direction of mowing each week to keep from creating ruts in the yard. Derek and Kris always promply return phone calls and answer my questions. They have been very reliable. We also use them for fertilizing and aeration.

We have used them for a few years. A little more expensive but well worth it.

RECEIVED A VERY PROFESSIONAL WRITTEN ESTIMATE. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY SNOW FOR THE 1ST HALF OF THE CONTRACT (OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER 2004), HOWEVER, DURING 2005 THE WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED WITHIN THE TIME LIMITS STATED IN THE CONTRACT SATISFACTORILY. TRUCKS HAVE RETURNED AFTER CITY PLOWS HAVE PLOWED THE STREET TO REMOVE THE PILE OF SNOW LEFT BY THE CITY AT MY DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE.

THEY WERE RUDE, I HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL THEM AND BEG THEM TO CUT THE GRASS, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, SO WE CANCELED THEM.
