The company was very prompt in returning my initial phone call, prompt in coming to my yard to discuss the project, very professional. I was told to expect an estimate within 1-2 weeks.however, I never received the estimate, even after two phone calls and email attempts to contact this company

The project went very well -- I had a general idea of what I wanted and Brian had specific recommendations for each area of the project. The project (especially the steps to the backyard) was adjusted as we went along which changed the original estimate, but Brian always let me know if that was occurring. Brian's team members are very hardworking and also have very positive upbeat personalities. Brian and his team produce excellent work and pay attention to details (ie, craftsmanship), but Brian also has a good "eye". When he says he has an idea/suggestion for your project, just say "OK" -- it will definitely be something you like. I've had more positive comments from my neighbors about this driveway than any other improvement to my home in the past 10 years, including the new roof and siding project several years ago.

He did such an awesome job on the first project. I had an incredible experience with him. He was exceptional. The workers were very easy to deal with first started and we also discussed what I needed. He was very acceptable to work with me on that. In addition when the job was done two years later, any problems I had he wouldn’t accept any help. He took care of everything. I was very pleased with the job and especially the person who dealt with us. I had check with other companies regarding the price before we dealt with him but he was excellent on that too.

The job went great! He was not only a nice person, but extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Brian stands out from the rest, because he takes pride in everything he does. Brian has a 'built-in' knowledge of design! We are very pleased! All our neighbors and friends also really love the work that Brian did.

Everything went really well. If I had something I was concerned about or wanted changed the gentleman came immediately to our house to help and fix it no questions asked.

They always had time for questions and were good at listening to our wants and needs. Despite some challenges that were beyond their control, Brian, Ryan and Corey were patient and flexible with their planning and work. Every project will have it's trying moments, yet we all worked as a great team to achieve an outstanding result. The crew cleans up daily, has good work habits, and is always in a good mood while working. It seemed to us that they were working on our landscaping like it was their own . . a very great thing! Communications were high throughout the process, and Brian has a very creative eye to lay out excellent designs that flow with nature and the natural eye. His company is unfailingly honest and straightforward in their dealings. As a homeowner of over 30 years, we have done business with many contractors, and it was a pure delight to work with Nature's Best. You won't be sorry. No, I didn't get paid to say this. I just like to share great experiences with others so they may gain the same for their homes. Pick up the phone and get these guys to work for you!!!

We had a many bids on this project with a large price range. We considered stamped or colored concrete, but ended up choosing pavers because of their durability and appearance. We actually ended up paying quite a bit less than one of our concrete bids. During the six weeks we were consulted daily and involved in the decisions. Brian came up with several great suggestions which we would have never thought of. He was on site everyday. He also provided on site sanitation so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. Brian did an excellent job. He is wonderful to work with--courteous, responsive, professional. He communicates well. He went above and beyond in many ways with this project--taking out an old swing set, filling in an animal hole in our yard. He was careful with his work and always left our yard neat and clean. When we had questions or concerns, he listened carefully and took the time to explain his process and make sure we were satisfied with everything. His crew was also great--they even interacted with our dog during their lunch breaks. All in all, this was a great experience. We look forward to working with Brian again in the future.

The owners name was Brian Ferrell. He was the job site foreman. He created the design. He also did the general contracting for the entire project. His bid was half of other estimate we got and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the entire project.
