Michael Wech is a general contractor with superb carpentry and general skills. He will "sub" plumbers and/or electricians, if desired, or allow you to contract your own. He is fast, reliable, responsible, flexible and even fun! Michael provides a clear quote, followed by a contract for 50% down. As he works, he is clear about additional requests and related costs. I never waited more than two hours for a call back. He was there for the city inspector and was willing to help wherever he could to make sure all went smoothly. Michael took almost as much delight in watching the transformation as I did! I bought a home in foreclosure that needed what seemed like "everything". Michael had great suggestions and was willing to work within my budget.
