All employees were professional and helpful. I was updated on the status of the repair the whole time they had my truck. One part was delayed and all efforts were made to located the part. Couldn’t make the same delivery day but LaMettrys contacted me about the delay and asked if I needed help getting a rental for another day with the delay. When I picked up my truck it was in the same condition I left it... freshly washed and a new bumper.

The work took about a week.

My vehicle was damaged due to hitting a concrete beam in an underground parking garage. They are on the preferred list for my insurance company, an excellent location, friendly staff, prompt and accurate assessment as to the cost and timing my vehicle would be returned. They sent consist updates on the status of your vehicle during the entire process. You choose method for communications. I did find an issue after picking up my vehicle, however I neglected to contact them right away. I did however indicate the issue on the survey sent which I was immediately called with arrangements to come in to have the issue resolved along with checking and replacing my headlight which to my knowledge was not associated with the accident. I highly recommend LaMettry's Collision.
