Both jobs went very well.

We discovered a fair amount of water leaking from our water heater. At the recommendation of a friend, I called Jim. He responded promptly and was out to our house in 10 minutes. He determined pretty quickly that our old water heater had a crack and needed to be replaced. He explained our options and we selected a new one. Two days later, he came and replaced the water heater. His word is good. He showed up when he said he would, he finished by the time he said he would, and the price was the price he quoted us. Nice guy, does good work. We'll use him again.

We had just had the floor tile replaced in our upper level bathroom and the toilet had been removed by the tile layer.  Jeff reseated the original toilet and also removed the old vanity sink and faucet and replaced with new fixtures.

I have had Lakeville Plumbling work in my house for several years and am always pleased.  Jeff is accommodating, punctual (often early!), and efficient.  He often teaches me how to take care of minor problems on my own, and his prices are extremely reasonable.  I recommend him!

Jeff fixed both showers, but the next day, we realized one continued to leak.  I called him again and he said Plan B was to replace the whole cartridge.  This was the shower that gets the most use, so it was no surprise.  He came back on a Saturday and finished up.  We would call Jeff again if we ever need a plumber.

Jeff is extremely professional, very easy to get a hold of and completely reliable.  He showed up when he said he would, the estimate for cost was right on, he answered questions that we had ahead of time and cleaned up after he was done with the job.  We will absolutely use Jeff at Lakeville Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Excellent. Jeff promptly came out to diagnose the problem with our leaking water heater (which was what we were looking for). Told us it need to be replaced and recommended a top-of-the-line water heater. Returned later to install it. Jeff is prompt, courteous, and above all, a terrific plumber who does what is necessary and doesn't try to up sell or charge you for unnecessary repairs.

The plumber came in, took one look at it, told me there was a big hole in my dishwasher drain, and told me to call back the dishwasher repairman. He didn't charge me because it was a Friday afternoon and he was in a good mood.

The plumber arrived on time. He looked at the misbehaving toilet and told me it did not need fixing. He showed me how to adjust it myself. He also pointed out that the other toilets already had shut off valves. Because he did not do anything, he did not charge me. He told me I should be in good shape for a long time, but if anything went wrong, that I should call him.

This is a one man shop so it is sometimes hard to get a hold of him. He came out & gave me an estimate. He came back to do the work when we had scheduled it. He did a fine job.

It was great. The pricing was very good. The communication and punctuality was great. He also set the bathtub. It was $600 for the bathroom and $200 for the kitchen.

We had to fixed a toilet in our house before the house sale in accordance with our purchase agreement. Because I had such a great experience with this service provider before, I called him and arranged to meet later that week. Jeff was great. He snaked the toilet and removed cleaning fluid residue from the jets in the toilet. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was a great experience.

This was an unbelievably good experience. I called Jeff, who happened to be driving past my area on his way home from another job. He arrived between *five to ten minutes* of when I called. Then I showed him the problem with my kitchen faucet, which intermittently was spitting out air. He went downstairs to look at my pipes, and found that workmen here previously had completely shut off my water softener, so that was what was full of air. He toggled the bypass, and we were good to go. He refused to charge me anything for this because it took only a few seconds and he was on his way past my place anyway! (The timing and ease of fixing this problem were just a happy accident, but I still expected to pay a fee for his time and expertise.) He just asked that I give him a call when I next need plumbing services. Amazing. I am eternally grateful.

We moved to a house and an outside spigot was broken, Jeff replaced it. He also took out a broken utility sink. The unit also vibrated when I turned on the hot water. He told me it was probably the faucet and he was correct. I have not had any issues with it vibrating since he replaced it. He also put in a really nice, sturdy wall mount utility sink and a Kohler faucet so I liked that he cared about using good materials and not junk. He filled in the holes left on the floor from my other sink. He returned calls promptly, came out within a few days and cared about the job he did (which is rare to find these days). I'd definitely call Jeff again for other plumbing work. I prefer these small businesses where you actually talk to the guy who will be doing the work.

They gave me a verbal estimate for the cost. He showed up right on time. He gave me some advice in keeping some of our plumbing up to date and how to maintain it. He was very friendly and he had workman like attitude. He was very knowledgeable. He showed clearly that he was professional. He cleaned up after himself.

I called him and he was prompt to get back to me. We set up a time and he had it done in an hour. It was painless. I would use the guy again. He was friendly, personable, responsive, and professional.

Everything went well. Jeff arrived early, examined the problem & was very informative on what needed to be done, along with telling me the potential back up plans if he had problems. It was difficult because the whole line had to be replaced and we have a finished basement. So, Jeff didn't want to have to cut into our drywall & it turns out that he didn't.

Outstanding. Jeff found a way to vent the discharge pipe to the outdoors that did not involve opening the knock down ceiling in our finished basement or ruining the stone on the front of our home.

Jeff provided an estimate over the phone and was available as needed. I received several other bids that were minimally higher to significantly higher, but Jeff had a decent Angie's List recommendation. Jeff was engaged and was on time and completed the work. He did bang up the wall a little and took some money off the bill to compensate for the drywall repair. There were a few other places where the unit banged up the door and the floor that we found later. I wish he would have had someone with him to help with the units, or asked me to be there to help.

The service was excellent. Jeff was able to come to my home the next morning to shut off the water to the leaking faucet. He arrived promptly and was done quickly. He explained what he wanted to do next, and told me what it would cost. I assumed he wanted payment for that initial service call, but he declined and said the service call would included in the payment once the work was done, meaning that he wasn't charging two service calls for the separate visits. When he returned to finish the work, he was again on time and worked quickly. Jeff was very nice and he was clearly conscientious about what he was doing.

Jeff was prompt, pleasant, and professional. They had a very reasonable price. Jeff didn't waste time here. I would definitely use him again and would recommend his service.
