Tom did a though check of the the circuit and circuit breaker connections in the main breaker box to identify where the problem might be. He was able to isolate it to one part of the circuit and replaced two switches and checked and tightened neutral and ground connections for the circuit in the main breaker box. Now we will wait to see if there is a change in longevity with the bulbs.

Tom did a great job and is very personable as well.  He called and set up a time with me and came and did the work.  I had the heater and thermostat. He came did the work and only made a very small hole in my finished garage wall to do the wiring.  Mounted heater on the wall and added the thermostat and it turned out great. He cleaned everything up when he was done and the heater works great.  He will be coming back after holidays to do another project for me.  Highly recommend him and lucky for me he is in Lakeville area where I also live.  I have a new electrician now when I need one.

Great. He called back promptly and because it wasn't an emergency came out the next day and did the work. He was personable and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to others.

Because the work was being done to stage the house for sale, it was important to have it done quickly. Tom provided same day service within 2 hours of my call, and charged less than half of what several other electricians had estimated. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. Tom was very careful to ensure that his ladder did not mark any walls and he cleaned up after himself. Instead of waiting weeks for others who would have charged much more, the work was done professionally and the house is ready to list on the same day. I would highly recommend Lakeville Electric.

Tom arrived on time for our appointment. He quickly and efficiently fixed a sparking outlet that we had and installed a new outlet in a closet. This work was completed within 30 minutes. He was punctual, polite and had a fantastic "can do" attitude! I would definitely recommend Lakeville Electric to friends and family.

This electrical project went so well on several criteria that I'd hire Tom again!
Tom's a "say-do" professional in that he does what he says. Specifically: 1: he promptly and succinctly communicated via email, phone and text. 2) he maintained schedule commitment dates, yet was flexible when cabinet delivery issues impacted his plans. 3) he came prepared with the parts and tools needed to complete the day's tasks. 4) his quality and housekeeping were impeccable. 5). His quote was on the high end of others, but his personal style, character, manner, job approach and cheerfullness were above the norm. Yes, I paid more, but I am happy!
BTW, the electrical inspector passed Tom's work.

We also had water in the basement due to the sump pump being out (which was on the same circuit as the GFI so I needed the GFI issue resolved). Tom estimated he could be here in 2 hours after I called but actually arrived in an hour and a half. Tom replaced the outside outlet and cover (which was a special cover that he had to go out and get). He was back within half an hour to replace the outside outlet and cover. Tom tested the GFI and also verified the GFI was installed correctly (we had replaced it earlier in the day after the old one tripped). Tom explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to resolve it before doing any work. I was extremely happy with how fast Tom was able to get here and perform the work. The cost of the service was very reasonable especially considering this work was an hour and a half past his normal business hours.

Rewired fireplace switch

I called Tom about installing my ceiling fan at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. He was on his way home but he detoured to my house and within an hour, the fan was installed. You can't get better service than that. I'm going to hire him again in the spring to install a bathroom fan.

Arrived early, was polite, informative, quick and did quality work. As he had the panel open anyhow, also had him add in a whole home surge suppressor that I purchased separately. Overall, great work and would hire again.

My bathroom exhaust fan was small, noisy, poorly installed and inefficient. I had Tom install a new fan and insulated duct line. He did a fabulous job. This is the 3rd job he has done for me. Tom is a great guy to deal with and I highly recommend him.

i am in the process of selling my house and needed some work done by a certified electrician on a short notice. The size of the the job, in my opinion, was small so that made it difficult to get someone to do the work. I called Tom, explained my situation and he came out the next day, evaluated the situation and the work needed, performed the work (expertly) and provided the necessary documents to show proof the work was done. I found Tom knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely utilize his services again.
