I used this company 25 years ago for roofing and was very impressed with their response time, quality, and pricing.  I didn't find one nail in the yard when they were through.  
I developed a leak around one roof vent shortly after the job was completed and called them because the microwave was filling with water from the leak.  They came out and repaired the leak and said they would replace the microwave if it was damaged.  I was able to salvage the oven but I was very pleased that they were willing to go the extra bit on this.
With that experience I chose them again to install gutters.  They were on time, worked very quickly and did an excellent job.
All the people I dealt with have been very cooperative and friendly.  
I will most likely use them next year for my roofing project.

I gave them a call in the morning and left a message.  I got a call back within 30 minutes. I explained my situation and they said they would be willing to come out later that day to take a look.  They showed up right on time, explained what he would do and got right to work.  After his inspection he explained the damage and wasn't going to require a new roof ( cheers ).  I had some left over shingles left by the previous home owner.  He said he was willing to use those and save me the cost of him trying to find a matching shingles.  He quoted me a great price to make the repairs and got right to work. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys in the future and I suggest you do the same.

Called Bill Knight on 9/3/10 around 5:00 p.m. (Friday before Labor Day) and he responded to me within two hours. He quoted the price and said the only reason he could not do the work the next day was because he was leaving town for the holiday weekend. On Tuesday, 9/7/10. he came and nailed the fascia piece back on and was finished in less than an hour. His price was $425 cheaper than another company quoted which I knew was a ripoff, The level of responsiveness and communication was excellent.

Bob is very easy to work with, he is very fair and his crew does good work. I highly recommend him.

After receiving estimates from four different contractors, I decided to hire Knight and sons. Not because he was the lowest bid (which he wasn't) but because of the references he provided (of which I called several, and all could not say enough good things about the company). Bob Knight helped walk us through the whole process from interpreting insurance papers, to selecting colors, explaining how vents worked, and offering advice on how to make improvements without spending additional money. Bob and his crew, which consisted of one other person, began the project the next Monday and were completed by Wednesday afternoon. I can not say enough good things about this company. The house and roof have NEVER looked better. The work was completed on time, they were very detail oriented, and "customer comes first" focussed. They were careful to cover, but not damage all plants that were around the house. The clean-up after each days work was fantastic. There was not one nail or piece of paper left over when they left. This is a very honest company that takes the time to do the job right.

They informed me that the entire roof didn't need to be replaced. He quickly went up and repaired these plastic cracks. He asked if I wanted to replaced just the cracks or the whole thing. He could have told me that we needed a whole new roof and I would have believed him. He was quick and efficient. He saved me a lot of money. They were prompt and friendly. I would recommend them and use them again.

They were there when they said the would be. They were very easy to work with and explained everything well. It looks great and they used high quality products.

This roofing company is absolutely wonderful. They were extremely kind and patient with all questions asked. They were so careful about nails in the yard, papers in the yard, the safety of their crew on the roof, totally cleaning up anything possible at all times. It was a difficult roof to do and they took their time and did it carefully and perfectly. This company should be given an award for their professionalism and down right good work which is seldom seen. Each of them OWNED this job - their priority is customer satifaction. MR. KNIGHT WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND WAS ALSO VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH. HE OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO REPAIR THE STAINS ON MY CEILING CAUSED BY THE LEAK. HE WAS ALSO VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. KNIGHT FOR ANY ROOFING NEEDS. REASONABLE PRICE, PROFESSIONAL BUT A NORMAL DOWN TO EARTH GUY WHO DOES EXACTLY WHAT HE PROMISES. WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE.

RECEIVED APPOINTMENT CALL-BACK WITHIN 36 HOURS. MR. KNIGHT WAS PROFESSIONAL, ON-TIME, AND OFFERED RATIONALE FOR THE PROBLEM. MR. KNIGHT WORKED WITH ME TO FIND THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTION TO DIAGNOSE A VERY STRANGE WINTER ROOF LEAK. MR. KNIGHT AND A COLLEAGUE SHOWED UP AT THE AGREED UPON TIME, COMPLETED THEIR WORK IN A PROMPT MANNER, AND CLEANED AFTER THEMSELVES.

I ASKED TO HAVE LEAF SHIELD PUT ON BUT ALL THEY HAD WERE SCREENS. I DID NOT LIKE THE SLOPPY LOOK OF THE CURVED SCREENS SO I HAD THEM REMOVE (WHICH THEY DID PROMPTLY) AND INSTALLED MY OWN LEAF GUARDS. I WAS SURPRISED THAT ALL THEY OFFERED WAS THE CURVED SCREEN. THE ACTUAL GUTTERS TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY.

THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICE WITH THE BEST WARRANTY. THE COMPANY PERFORMED THE WORK VERY FAST AND PROFESSIONALLY. I AM RECOMMENDING THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

ROBERT KNIGHT PROVIDED STRAIGHTFORWARD ADVICE WHEN QUOTING THE JOB, PERFORMED THE WORK ON SCHEDULE, AND LEFT THE JOB SITE FREE OF ALL DEBRIS. HE WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS IN HELPING US TO SELECT THE CORRECT COLORS AND OPTIONAL ITEMS. IN CONTRAST TO OTHER CONTRACTORS, HE CALLED US TO DISCUSS OUR OPTIONS AND WAS FLEXIBLE IN WORKING AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. IN ADDITION, KNIGHT AND SONS WAS THE LOW BID AMONG THREE.

BILL WAS RESPONSIVE WITH A 24-48 HOUR CALL BACK FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND CALLED AHEAD TO LET US KNOW HE WAS ON THE WAY. THE ESTIMATE WAS DONE IN PHASES OF 'MUST HAVE' AND 'NICE TO HAVE' SECTIONS. HE WAS NOT PUSHY AND PRESENTED HIS RECOMMENDATIONS. AFTER AGREEMENT ON THE ESTIMATE, HE SAID THEY WOULD INSTALL IN 1.5 - 2 WEEKS. THIS TIME FRAME WAS CORRECT AND THEY CALLED 3 DAYS AHEAD TO LET US KNOW THE INSTALL DATE. THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 8:00 AM ON INSTALL DATE AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE AND JOB. ALL TIME AND JOB COMMITMENTS WERE KEPT.

THEY ARE OUTSTANDING. WE ALSO ARE CONTRACTING THEM TO INSTALL NEW GUTTERS AFTER WE GET THE HOUSE PAINTED. ANOTHER EXCITING PART IS THE FINAL BILL WAS LESS THAN THEIR ORIGINAL BID.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY RESPONSIVE!!! I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE!!

THIS COMPANY DID A SUPERB JOB. THEY CAME OUT SATURDAY MORNING AND WERE ABLE TO FINISH THE WHOLE JOB IN ONE DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT RESERVATION, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.

BILL KNIGHT AND HIS ASSISTANT DID A TERRIFIC JOB INSTALLING SEAMLESS GUTTERS ON MY HOUSE. HE LISTENED TO MY SUGGESTIONS ABOUT HOW I WANTED THE GUTTERS TO LOOK AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HE WAS DOING.
