The process was very smooth from start to finish. Chad, the owner, met my insurance adjuster at our home. They examined the shingles and determine that there was sufficient hail damage to warrant a new roof. Chad then made suggestions for shingle colors which we took into consideration and eventually ended up agreeing with his first color choice based on our home's style and the siding color. Our color choices were limited to small manufacturer color samples and he was quick to point out, based on his experience, how the various colors looked when installed in a large field. I'm thankful we didn't choose another color. I wanted the shingles installed later in the fall and Chad was totally open to our timing needs. His crew was incredibly efficient. It was a large reshingle job of 37 squares and they finished up in just a little over a day. His six man crew worked very well together; no loud music, no profanity, very polite, they protected our shrubs and flowers and cleaned up very well after completing the job. I must say that even the contractors that provided the dumpster and delivered the materials were polite, considerate, and friendly. Chad mentioned when he first started that he has picked suppliers that reflect his values and uses them consistently.

Everything went as scheduled. Chad is a good listener and accomplishes what he says he will.

Chad was extremely thorough in his bid process and made sure our re-roof project would be done to our satisfaction. His crew was very efficient and careful to protect the shrubs and flowers during the removal of the old roofing material. We would highly recommend this company to do your roofing projects and have already referred them to our neighbors. One way to judge a contractor is the willingness to be available to answer questions after the project was completed...Chad has been most reliable and ready to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work.
