 + -1 moreJohn was very thorough with his inspection. He spent about 1 1/2 - 2 hours doing the actual inspection and then another hour walking through the home and explaining what he found. I felt very comfortable with John's inspection. It was great to have the house completely checked out, before buying it. I was allowed to have piece of mind, that I was doing the right thing. The report prepared by John, was quite extensive. It showed pictures and discussed any areas of concern, that he had about a particular area of the home. He also gave suggestions on how to take care of any work, that was needed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional inspector.
Description of Work: Inspection of home, garage both inside and outside. Walk through with inspector providing information regarding concerns with any part of house. Report prepared on inspector's findings. Report made available on computer.
