Hertaus Floors - Lakeville

Very well, I was very pleased.

We contacted several other flooring companies before finding Hertaus Floors. We were looking for a specific kind of carpet that a family member had installed. All the other companies told us that pretty much every carpet company will have the carpet named something different than what the manufacturers show on their website because the manufacturer sells the same thing to everybody but just brands/labels it differently. When we contacted Hertaus Floors, not only were they straightforward with me, but they were able to get the exact carpet we were looking for and they backed it with a 20 year warranty. We had a pretty short timeframe to work with as we were expecting a child and wanted to get it installed beforehand. Ron came out and measured the same day and Sheila was always pleasant and helpful in answering our questions, either over the phone or in the store. The installers had the new carpet installed in about 4 hours and you can't even see the seams! They credited me back the cost of removal and disposal of the old carpet and pad as I did that myself. I will definitely use Hertaus Floors again and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a flooring project!

I was very happy with the work that was performed from beginning to end. The sales person came to my home with samples when I was unable to drive to the store. She had very good suggestions. The installers were all very professional and efficient. Ron did a great job installing my floor.
