I do not have enough good things to say about Brent and his crew. They were hired by my contractor, but I would absolutely recommend hiring them directly for your project. For my project, another siding crew had replaced 3 sides of the house with vinyl siding, and Brent s crew was hired just to install prefinished high quality wood siding to the front elevation of the house. Brent and his crew showed up on time every day, and stayed later than I expected they would. It was spring in Minnesota, so siding crews are in great demand, but they never appeared as if they were rushing to get things done to move onto the next job. Rather, they took time to be as careful and detailed as possible. On several occasions I presented Brent with a challenging request, and you could literally see the wheels turning on how to solve it. In every case, the solution he came up with and the execution of it were perfect, even when they took longer than just doing it the *easy* way. Each one on his team knew his role, and that made the whole process very efficient and consistent. I found myself just standing in front of the house and watching them...not because I didn't trust their work but rather because it was fun to watch the crew so skilled in their craft! They obviously take great pride in their work, which can be hard to find in their industry. Brent mentioned they do more than just siding, which is great to know considering I have several other projects on my radar. I will certainly be contacting him when that time comes. We absolutely love the finished product and have had an endless flow of compliments... I wish I could forward them all to Brent!

Brent and his team did an outstanding job fixing a small siding job. Great value and communication. Would recommend them to anybody looking for siding or any exterior repairs!

This was a relatively small exterior siding project. It is sometimes difficult to find someone to take such a project. Greater Minnesota Construction did take it. Good job and value for money. Good communication and timely project scheduling.

WOW ! Great communication. Came out in a timely manner. Gave us an estimate and got to work. The repairs were completed in a week. What a wonderful experience working with a professional contractor that takes care of his customer and actually cares .

Brent and his crew did an outstanding job replacing two of my homes sliding glass doors and also constructing a brand new maintenance free composite deck for my home! I originally had Brent come out for a quote to fix some siding, replace two sliding glass doors, and replace some decking boards as they had seen better days. When the project began some bigger issues appeared. There was some water damage above and below the existing deck behind the siding and it was determined by the city inspector that the entire deck needed to be replaced. Brent sharpened his pencil and gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate to get the job done. Brent and his crew were professional, kept the work area clean, and provided updates as the project moved along. They also completed other little projects that needed to be done to my property so that I could get it on the market for sale! I highly recommend Greater Minnesota Construction!

My deck was re build. I am so pleased with the work quality. Brent paid attention to all the details, ascetic and structural. He fixed things that I didn't know needed fixing (without adding to the cost). He stood by his bid, even though I got way more than I was expecting. These guys are pleasant to have around, professional, and know what they are doing.

Brent was very responsive. He promised what he would do, confirmed it by email and after being awarded the job, was able to start in less than a week. He came on the day as promised, completed the work and even threw in a few small extras. It is a pleasure to deal with people like this in the construction business, that communicate well, adhere to promises and deliver quality work.
