Very nice guys (Al, Joe, Nate, the crew) but we're very bummed with the final product from ForeverLawn. We missed on schedule and dimensions. Artificial turf is very expensive, so make sure ever detail is ironed out before money is put down. It's painful to spend so much money and be dissapointed.

We brought home a new puppy in March and we were frustrated with the potty training situation. Our puppy, Max, was leaving brown spots all over our yard and we did not know what to do about it. I went to the internet is search of help and came across Troy's company, Foreverlawn. After speaking with him and going to see some of his other work, we decided to go ahead with the installation and could not be more pleased with the results. Our puppy pad looks great! They blended it into our landscape and it is very easy for Max to get to. Troy was very knowledgeable about the turf and installation. He explained everything to us and even gave us some tips to help with the potty training! They completed the installation, cleaned up the area when they were finished, and you could not even tell they were there! The quality of their work is exceptional and they made this whole process very easy for us. We are very happy with our new puppy pad and would highly recommended them.

He was supposed to level it out so that it would drain to one side, but he leveled it the wrong way so I have drainage problems. He installed two different colored turfs, so I have a putting green with a different color than the course. When I called it to his attention, he said I'd have to buy 30,000 square feet of the material to get the right color. I decided to just let it go.

Service Provider Response

Customer wanted to replace only half of a 20 yr old putting green. Customer was told to match existing green a new run of turf would have to be run at the manufacturer which is a minimum of 30,000 sq ft.I suggested replacing the entire green, customer opted not to.Customer was given samples before hand. Was not informed of drainage issues. Smoothed out existing green, and new green, sloped away from house. Home owner may have other drainage problems ie downspout, gutters, settling. Contract specifically states not responsible for drainage issues, we do grade away from house, but if additional drainage is needed, they would have to contact a excavation proffesional.
