Robb is a rare to find true customer service guy.  He prepped the floor well, installed tiles, completed finishing.  He also helped me out with few other things around.  He will be my number one contact whenever I have a project.  His prices are very fair and workmanship is excellent.

I couldn't be more pleased with the new kitchen back splash that Footprint Wood and Stone did for us today. Robb was right on time, they worked quickly, kept things incredibly neat, cleaned up every bit of mess and the new tile looks fabulous. I told him as he was packing up that I really wished I had other tile work that needed to be done, just so I could use him again (and I will keep looking for another project)! Thank you, Robb, for being such a professional.

I have had Footprint Wood & Stone (Robb Olson) work on 4 of my homes over the past 6 years and have been nothing short of amazed by the quality and attention to detail he has provided on each one of my projects. With each job he has come in with the most reasonable bid given the request, completed the job on time, and within budget.  I know Robb will see the project from end to end to ensure every detail is covered while keeping me informed along the way of the progress completed. Robb has even sent pictures throughout the day as major milestones are met on the project to keep me involved even though I am not at the house to see the work complete. Its hard in this day and age to find a connection like Robb who you trust in your home while you are away at work. Robb ensured that the job site was clean and organized at the end of each day knowing that I have a family to contend with that doesn?t stop because there is construction going on at my home. As you can see from the long list of projects that Robb and Footprint Wood & Stone have completed on my various personal and rental properties throughout the years, this positive review is long overdue. I can easily recommend Robb and team to anyone, and in fact he has done a master bath remodel for my in-laws, laid a new kitchen floor for my Mom and installed bamboo floors for my friend. I know they too would all give glowing reviews of his work. I have more work lined up for Robb in the future as his craftsmanship and price have yet to be matched by any other bids I have had on my properties.

Robb counseled me through the options, walked me through the work step by step, and got it all completed within 10 days. Really happy with the quality, cost and efficiency of his work. I've already recommended him to both family and friends. Even when some of the dust from the demo was getting in the living space next to the bathroom, he was quick to respond, covering the area width plastic sheeting in spite of the heat wave. I greatly enjoyed working with Robb.

They were totally on time. He actually finished early. He sent us pictures. He actually did the job while we were out of town which we appreciated. He worked around our work schedule. Since it was our only bathroom he made sure he could do everything while we were away. He was extraordinarily friendly. He was upfront about the cost and helped us with the designing and finding the correct tile for us. He even made a nice little design for us in the floor. It is really cool. Originally we were going to just get white tile and he asked us to look at the designs. He made designs with tiny little tile along with the bigger tile. It was really neat.
We had a leak in our bathroom. We had to have all the floor removed. The wood structure was still okay. It was on the second floor. Unfortunately, we had someone we knew, who is starting a contracting business do it for us and  put in the floor and within a week it cracked. So we got a professional this time and he ended up having to tear all of that out first and then put in the floating floor and put the tile over the top. We have not had a problem since.

I contacted Robb for a quote.  He stopped by the house, did some quick measurements then gave us the price for the install.  We provided the tile along with the grout and end/trim pieces and he did everything else.   Robb was a bit difficult to get hold of initially but I found out he was on vacation.  Once back, we were able to schedule a couple of days that worked for both of us.  He was willing to come in on a weekend where he put the tile in on Saturday then came back and did the grout on Sunday.   
It looks fantastic.  Robb did a great job.  He worked straight through the day without a break.  Very hard worker.  Easy going personality.  Helped with questions and suggestions prior to the job start.  Did a good job of cleaning up the area both days.  I would highly recommend him.

Excellent work.  We love the backsplash.  I selected the tile from DAL Tile and ended up ordering and picking up the tile myself, but that was my choice.  The cost of tile and grout was $170.
I would hire Robb again for any tile work without hesitation.  You do need to schedule ahead because he is busy.
