We are purchasing a home out-of-state and have now used them twice. The first home inspection saved us from making a very expensive mistake. We realized we were in over our heads with our current plan thanks to the report. It allowed us to back out of the purchase. Always prompt and well detailed reports available the next day.

Seemed good at first now that we have renovated. We found out the plumbing was inadequate the electrical panel needed to be replaced. The gas stove is next to a wall and requires a fire barrier and they missed that. Might as well flushed the money down the toilet.
