WE WERE NOT THAT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY GAVE US. THEY DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE OUT ON A CERTAIN SATURDAY LATER IN THE DAY AND THEN EARLY MONDAY MORNING TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL US ON THE SATURDAY IN QUESTION AND WE HAD TO CALL THEM LATER IN THE DAY ON MONDAY ASKING THEM WHERE THEY WERE. THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP LATE MONDAY TO BEGIN THE WORK. WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH RAIN THAT WEEK, BUT IT DID NOT RAIN THE TWO DAYS THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING! THEN THEY WENT BACK ON WHAT THEY SAID THEY AGREED TO DO WHEN THEY BID THE JOB, SAYING THEY DIDN'T SEE CERTAIN AREAS THAT WE WANTED MULCHED AND WEEDED AND TOLD ME I ONLY HAD MENTIONED THE FRONT YARD WHEN I KNOW I TOLD THEM TO WALK AROUND THE BACK, TOO. THEY ENDED UP LEAVING A PILE OF MULCH IN OUR DRIVE WAY THAT WE HAD TO SPREAD OUT OURSELVES. PLUS THEY SAID THEY WOULD SOD AN AREA SCRAPED UP BY OUR SNOWPLOW AND THEY LEFT THAT, TOO! DISAPPOINTING!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR WEEKLY LAWN MOWING SERVICE. THEY DO BOTH COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL.
