Designer Spaces Inc

My experience with Designer Spaces has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, their proposal seemed solid, and I had high hopes for the project. However, once the contract was signed, everything went downhill. They did start the project a few months after the contract was signed but then left it unfinished so that my patio was unusable for almost a year. They completely ghosted me—ignoring my calls and text messages for months. I was left in the dark, with no idea what was happening or when the work would finish. When Designer Spaces finally bothered to show up to finish they blatantly skipped a part of the job without so much as a heads-up or explanation. Their total lack of communication and disregard for the agreed-upon work is unacceptable. I strongly advise against hiring Designer Spaces. Their unprofessionalism, unreliability, and blatant disregard for their clients’ time and money are appalling. Choosing them was a huge mistake that I deeply regret.

Jeff and the team were great. The project finished way above expectations and right on budget. Jeff and the team do the little things that matter like keeping the site clean each day so our family could use the space during construction, but also collaborating well with other crews, and actively listening to our vision for the project and creating a space that we will use for years. We have and will continue to work with the Designer Spaces team on future projects

Jeff and the entire Designer Spaces team did a fantastic job on our deck and outdoor kitchen/bar with amazing stone work. We have used Designer Spaces a number of times in the past as well for both indoor and outdoor work. In all cases we were extremely satisfied for the following reasons: (1) Jeff is always creative and we always end up with a much better design than we were originally thinking, (2) the jobs are always bid accurately (not underbid to win the business only to find many charges added on), (3) the crew is friendly and reliable (and amazing consistent over many years), (4) their work is high quality, and (5) they will ALWAYS make it right if anything is found after they are done that we need modified.

They did an amazing job. Very detail oriented and was worth every penny. I would recommend and hire for future projects! Thank you!

Jeff and his team did an amazing job. It is easily my favorite room in the house...but outside. ;-) The craftsmanship and care they took every step of the way was commendable. I've since had a firepit built from them as well. A+++

Jeff and his crews were excellent. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Jeff provided multiple design options and product selections for us to choose from. The cost of the project was very competitive in that we got 2 other bids and theirs was the middle bid, and offered a better timeline for start to finish. The tear down crew was conscientious and the carpenters were clearly experts at their craft. By the time they were finished we felt like we made new friends. We would highly recommend Designer Spaces.

Jeff and his crew go above and beyond to create , repair, build etc. They are respectful to your home, show up when they say they are going to and have great attitudes. Their attention to the details are excellent. Look no further, fairly priced. You will not be disappointed.

From our first meeting Jeff has been a pleasure to work with. His work is exceptional, as an example, if I thought something was "good enough" but it didn't meet his high standards, he fixed/improved it.  If I had a question, he responded in his standard good mood.  I never heard him not accept responsibility or try and give me excuses for something that was happening. Instead, even if it had nothing to do with him or his team directly, he checked it out and either fixed the issue or explained it and why it wasn't an issue (in layman terms). 

As far as pricing he came in on target with a very competitive bid.

If I graded Designer Spaces, Inc I would have to give A++ and would refer him for any construction at any time.
