I love the whole staff at Dakota pet! They are so compassionate and caring and really did treat my kitty, Bella as if she were their own. It was a very emotional day and the while staff was just so wonderful. Dr. McNab was so great during such a difficult time! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! ?

Excellent care. Caring and qualified staff We moved out of Lakeville and continue to drive there for their care. Chris is our groomer and the dogs love her. We live Dr. Schneff and her team.

All of the experiences have been great. As I mentioned above, I wouldn't trust my dogs with any other clinic or group of doctors.

As a recent owner of a sweet golden retriever, I knew I needed to find a pet hospital that would help me transition into this season of life.  Dakota Pet Hospital has exceeded my expectations.  The front desk staff are very friendly and always make sure my dog's needs are attended to in a timely manner.  The vet techs are always incredible in making sure I am educated in what needs to be done for my golden retriever.  The veterinarians are also highly skilled in their training and I am deeply appreciative of the wide array of veterinarians available.  I have to also give a huge shoutout to Allison the personal trainer as well as Stephanie as both of them have done an EXCEPTIONAL job in helping me understand how to work with my energetic puppy.  Having taking puppy classes elsewhere, the small class sizes are a huge draw as I feel I am getting the proper training and education needed for what I desire for my dog.  THANK YOU!

This is one of the cleanest vet offices I've been to, and the doctors are good. I can't afford to go to this vet exclusively, though. Their prices are on the high side, so that is the biggest downfall here.

My husband and I have had the very best experiences with Dakota Pet Hospital. Their expertise, care and thoughtfulness are top notch. I would highly recommend Dakota Pet Hospital.

Our puppy went from a terrified, unsocial puppy to confident with basic obedience. Allison & Stephanie are wonderful! They're very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very patient with the puppies and their owners! We have enjoyed class so much that we have signed up for the Intermediate Puppy class to continue working with Allison & Stephanie. They go above and beyond and don't just provide assistance during class time! I can't say enough good things about their classes!!

We welcomed a puppy to our home in May 2016. I did lots of research to see which clinic we wanted to use. I started by calling my top three. It was clear to me after the first phone call that Dakota Pet Hospital would be our choice. The receptionist was so patient with me and answered all of my questions even though I was not yet a customer. The other two clinics were a bit rude on the phone. We have had all of our dog's puppy checks and neuter surgery there. We've been very happy with the vets and the entire staff. We highly recommend this clinic!

They staff have all been wonderful with Tahoe (and Sierra or other dog) since the first day we started with them! They know us by name and understand what it means to work with puppy mill rescues. Both our dogs are very sensitive/anxious and we've never had a problem with their behavior while with any of the staff. We are so happy with the initial treatment plan of Dr.Schenpf and appreciate all the staff has done to help us with Tahoe's sore paw!

I have very mixed feeling for Dakota Pet Hospital. Several years ago almost seven years ago it seems like the management was really going downward because the owner of the clinic was having some health problems. It was a uncommon information it just slipped but up to that point the service was good. I was very impress with Dr Craig, I am not sure where she is now and how her health situation is. When she lost some of her health and was able to work a lot, the leadership at the clinic quite diminished. About seven years ago, we had a female kitten whose time to be spayed and we found out after the surgery that she was sent home with a gaping wound. I questioned the technicians that " What happened?". They said " We ran out of stitches" . They send her home and my cat tore off couple of her stitches and so I took her back to have those repaired. They sent her back and used reused stitches and this time Dr. Craig was not around very much she was ill. The technicians were running the clinic. The doctors in the staff, they were rotating and they were interns. But when we pray premium price and you want good service offered. We took our male cat for urinary tract issue treatment. I took my male cat one Monday and left the instruction for the doctor to leave the tube in but she took it out anyway. My cat having problems again. I was so upset with that and I believe she was an intern. I was a very upsetting experience. With the result of the last experience with my male cat I took all my pet out of that clinic. I am very disappointed with them. It was all good when Dr. Craig was running the clinic.

We have used Dakota Pet Hospital for years. They have always been friendly, flexible, and professional. We have seen all of the vets over the years and they are all great. It's clear that they love animals.

It was a little on the pricey side but not out of a reasonable expectation. I was expecting to spend about $200. It was a little bit more than my previous vet. The waiting room was kind of small. I ended up standing so my dog would not growl at other dogs. They were busy and they wasn't a lot of room. There were a lot of people and dogs waiting. I didn't have to wait long.

I brought my dog, Berkley, in for a possible bladder infection. Berkley LOVES coming to the vet here at Dakota Pet Hosptial. As always the staff is so friendly and knowledgable! They always greet my dog by name and give him lots of attention and love. Dr Schnepf was absolutely wonderful! She has such a heart for animals. She treats them like they are her own. She assessed Berkley and ran some tests. He came out with a clean bill of health! As always I am more than pleased with the service Dakota Pet Hospital provided. I have brought my dogs here for years. I cannot speak highly enough of them! About a year and a half ago I had to put my sheltie down. During this extremely sad time Dr. Gregg Phillips as well as the staff were so understanding and kind. As difficult as it was for me it was so comforting to have people around me that understood and cared about me as well as my dog.
I have also brought my dog Berkley here for grooming. Kris does an amazing job! She cuts and trims him exactly the way I want her to. And Berkley just loves her!

I have been taking my cats and dogs to Dakota Pet Hospital for over 15 years. I've never been disappointed in their service, pricing and professionalism. They're consistently friend demeanor and attention to detail are super.
