Home Building
Our house was originally built by Cuddigan Custom Builders. We recently contacted them for help with finishing off the rooms in the basement.
Dave Cuddigan was great to work with. Good attention to detail and very personable. He personally followed up through all phases of the project to make sure the work was being done correctly. He also helped us to change some other aspects of the house (added ceiling fans, changed out some electrical switches and gave guidance on the HVAC systems).
The estimate was very thoroughly developed and explained, and the final cost was right at the estimate - no surprises.
Overall Cuddigan was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them for any new construction or finishing projects. Thanks for reading.
