 + -1 moreExcellent experience with Cleary Construction. They were priced the lowest among three bids. Very timely, clean and courteous. Sean was great in providing ideas and continues to help me with suggestions and tips for the areas of my basement I plan to do myself.
Description of Work: Cleary Construction did the framing, plumbing, and HVAC for my unfinished basement (approx 1,300 sqft). Also, did a tray ceiling, archways and a custom lift-top bench in future playroom. Though I am doing most of the finishing work myself, Cleary Construction does everything: waterproofing, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheetrocking, finishing, etc.
