After major fire damage to the home, Dean met with us to discuss what needed to be done to fix the damage. After thoroughly inspecting the damage and walking us through the rehabilitation process, it became clear that the fire and smoke damage had completely permeated the house and the only course of action was to gut the structure and totally replace all of the plumbing, heating and electrical systems. Once we made the decision to tear out everything, Dean submitted a bid for the work and suggested several upgrades that would lower operating costs by taking advantage of off-peak electrical rates for water heating, central heating and air conditioning. After reviewing all of the bids, we chose Dean to do the work. His crews were always on time, always cleaned up after themselves, answered all of our questions and did everything they could to make the re-construction go as smoothly as possible. Working with them was a very pleasant experience.
