Hired Cayering for spring cleanup. They did the work while we were out of town. When we returned we thought it must have rained while they were here because it was not close to being done. No leaves blown from planting beds. No leaves blown from landscape beds or removed from areas along the house. The only thing they did was mow the back yard. Charged us $200.00 + tax. We paid the bill because that's what we do. Sent a note expressing our dissatisfaction and got nothing but a cashed check. Talked to neighbor, afterward, who said previous homeowner hired them once and fired them, too! Wish we would have talked to them before we hired these guys. Wouldn't hire them again if it was free!!

I hired this company to level (scrape) my backyard, add dirt and re-sod a portion along the back and one entire side. After multiple calls to get the owner back out to see the substandard work that was done, he finally sent a couple of his employees over to put grass seed down. As I mentioned, I hired them to install sod, not grass seed. Fast forward a few months. I took them to court and won a judgement against them. This was on November 19th, 2018. Today is February 10th 2019 and they still have not paid me the judgement plus court costs. I will continue to follow the collection process until I receive my money, their bank account gets frozen and/or I will collect some of their assets. Consider this a warning before hiring this company to do any work for you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at [email protected]. Business removed and destroyed moss plants that were a part of our landscaping valued at over $500. The cost of replacement is greater than the cost of services provided ($312.38). Owner of the business was exceptionally unwilling to resolve the issue amicably and only wants his money. The scope of work was fall cleanup which includes removal of leaves and debris that were dropped from surrounding trees during the Fall season, and did not include the removal of landscaping plants.

After calling another recommended Angie's list company who promised to stop by the next day, and they failed to show up, I spotted Cayering Lawn Service working on a couple of houses two blocks up the street. I called their office and asked if they could stop by and give me an estimate when they were finished. Within 5 Minutes, one of the crew, who turned out to be a member of this family business, was at my door and gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable. Within the next hour, they showed with their trucks and four men. They attacked my yard with four blowers to blow many of the leaves way back into the woods. Where necessary, they used a large mower and hauled the leaves away. There were two brothers in this crew, and they said they would stop back later to catch any newly dropped leaves, at no additional cost, which turned out to be today, 10 days after their first visit. They will come back a third time if necessary and it hasn't snowed yard. This is what I call a classy operation. They kept their word, did an outstanding job and were extremely professional. They represent what you hope for when you hire someone you haven't used before. I should add that my yard is huge, hilly with lots of massive trees and big gardens! Bonus: I needed someone to plow my driveway and shovel our front sidewalks, because I had fired the guy I had last year/very unreliable and damage my lawn extensively. Cayering does that in the winter. Their Dad came over with a contract offer while they were working. I hired them, and I am looking forward to an equally great experience this winter. I will write another review when Spring arrives.

Cayering just finished their fall clean up for us a few weeks ago and the yard looks remarkable as usual after one of their visits. Professional team and work. 

Cayering has been taking care of our yard needs since 2008. I am glad they are branching out into other areas of landscaping. We have discussed with them our possible wish list for 2016 and will be looking forward to what they recommend. 

Great family and work team. Would adopt them all if we could but having them be our Go To Team for our outdoor needs is the next best thing!

The first year after signing a contract, we had to call and find out when they were coming as the leaves piled up. Then when they did come, there would be a 2 or 3 week gap in between them coming to pick up more leaves. They came three times the last two years. The residence has a lot of big trees and the yard gets loaded with leaves. This year, they came twice, leaving many leaves in the backyard. When called to ask if they were coming back, I was told all equipment was put away for the year and that the leaves were from "the neighbor's yards".  Owner called my 86-year old mother to dispute payment when specifically told not to. Owner was unapologetic and at times, rude.  Will not use them again and will not refer them to anyone. So, when told they keep coming until the snow flies, don't believe it.
