 + -1 moreBruce was very friendly. He's been tuning this piano for two decades, but for us only the last five or so when the piano moved to our house. I asked him about the keys sounding flat, and he explained that he had been tuning the piano that way for years due to its age. He was afraid that tightening the strings any more would cause them to snap and break. This is a concern, as we've had two-three broken strings and we could see the rust. He gave us the option to repair the string or wait, as it was for a black key that isn't used much at the lower end of the piano.
Description of Work: Piano tuning. Went note to note adjusting as necessary. Removed a broken string.
