He did tack on an extra fee, 25.00 from his original quote,  because he took the doors off so he would have more room to work. Something I would have been happy to do for him if I had known it was an extra fee.

The initial removal was fine. When he returned to reinstall the items, the flange on the toilet was broken so I paid for it to be repaired. The bathroom was on the third floor. A week after he left we noticed the ceiling the main level had a water spot below the bathroom. I called him back again to repair, which he did. It came down to, the water spot was caused by a faulty toilet install. When I asked him about warranty the repair for the water spot on the ceiling, he told me the leak was a faulty flange and it wasn't his problem.  Do not use him. He is prompt but has an unprofessional attitude. Plus he does not warranty his work.

No complaints about quality of work.  Very unhappy with billing practices.  

Bob was at my home less than one hour, performed two quick fixes and billed me $375.  when I called him on this, he said he typically "bills by the project" for work like this, and gave me some run around saying if he supplies the parts then he bills by the project, and if I supply the parts then he bills by the hour.  huh?

Long story short, Bob billed me for two hours labor plus parts plus service call, and was at my home less than one hour. 

Over the course of two 30 minute phone conversations about the bill, he broke down his hourly rate and parts pricing, which only mad me more angry because it proved he double-billed me...charged two hours labor for one hour of work.

Then, to top it off, in the 2nd phone call he disclosed that my Moen faucet cartridge was under warranty and would have been replaced at no cost (parts) if I had called Moen and waited a day or two.  I was dumbfounded, to say the least. Not only did he double-bill me for labor, then he tells me he sold me a part that should have been free. 

Save yourself the headache--hire someone else.

Very good. Punctual, actually showed up a few minutes early unlike Ben Franklin.

Showed up when he said he would, fixed it right, straight forward, honest, I'd definitely use him again.

Needed someone to fix our cracked pipe for our irrigation system. I could not wait on the big companies so I figured to try someone local. I called him the same day he came out and fixed it. He was so great to work with and answered all my questions and concerns. For any future plumbing upgrades/fixes we know who we are calling, Bob.

He came quickly and was on time. Repaired as requested, replacing o-rings in outside valves and tightening inside valve. Outside was leaking again by fall.

I am writing this review for a friend that used Bob's plumbing. I researched plumbers in her area and he had the best reviews. She said he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He also gave her advice on other things in her house. She would highly recommend him.

Bob's Plumbing Services LLC was excellent. He was fabulous and he's one of the small guys that you want to give more business to. He did the job and gave me little bit of a deal. He was very personable. I'd refer him.
