My experience includes New York City for over 10 years redoing many floors from Harlem to celebrities’ floors in upper Manhattan. Here in Minnesota, my experience ranges from family homes, apartment buildings, million dollar homes and commercial buildings including all types of hardwood flooring and sanding requirements. John did the most amazing job of refinishing our hardwood floors. He did our kitchen, entryway, dining room and 2 sets of stairs. The entire job was done over 5 days and he was punctual, cleaned up after himself each day, communicated well throughout the entire process, and really kept the dust to a minimum considering all the sanding that needed to be done. We would hire him again in a heartbeat without any reservations. Our floors were 18 years old and had a lot of heavy wear on them. With two children and two dogs who have grown up using and abusing these floors on a daily basis, I never thought they could look so great again.

Wonderful! Can’t say enough about John and LuAnn. Prompt, friendly, informative and fabulous workmanship. Never thought anyone could get our floors looking so good, nor at such a reasonable cost. Have one more bedroom to do and will definitely reach out to them again.

We could not be happier with the work that John and his team did for us. They refinished about 400 sq ft of red oak for us and changed the color from the classic 'yellow' to gray. We love it! Their price could not be beat and we were VERY happy with the quality of work and how easy they were to work with. Luann was super responsive and kept us up to day on all communication. Our floors look great and we would highly recommend them to anyone!!

The final product looks great. It's a night and day difference. John knows what he's doing and didn't cut any corners. It wasn't cheap but it was fair given the difficulty of the work and final product. John was reliable, prompt, and professional.
