AQUAMAR HOME CLEANING

I sent Karen an e-mail, and she responded promptly via phone. Once we connected, we made an appointment for an estimate that same day. She walked through the house and we talked about her services and what I might need done. Her estimate was very reasonable, so we made plans for her and her husband to clean the house the very next day. They came right on time, both for the estimate and the cleaning, and did an awesome job. I've never had anyone clean my house before, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but the house was vastly improved when they were done. No complaints. Karen was pleasant and completely professional, from start to finish. We are going to have them come monthly from now on.

The first time I met Karen and her husband was lovely. They were very kind and seemed professional. The first time they cleaned our home was great! The second time, they forgot to clean my baby's room, I called them, and they offered to come back the next day. I asked them to return to do some extra cleaning the next day, and i paid them extra and they forgot to clean the baby's room again. Also, they took a bottle of Clorox bleach spray and some trash bags of mine with them. When I asked them about the spray, ("a couple of trash bags, so what?" I thought). They said they were sorry, they thought it was theirs and they would bring it back the next week; they never did. The third week, they cleaned everything except the downstairs basement which is a very important part of the job. Karen told me that my step daughter said that my husband told her that he didn't want them to clean it. Both my husband and step-daughter deny this, so 1/3 of my house wasnt cleaned, and they took another large box of glad hefty bags with them, I mean a LARGE box. They took it out of my baby's room; that was it for me. When I called to tell Karen that I wouldn't need her services anymore, she offered to come back the next day to clean the basement, but truly, I was so creeped out by the fact that they had taken these things and I was having to grill my family for the real story, that i just asked her not to come back. I wouldn't recommend them, even though their work is good. Taking cleaning supplies and making up stories about why they can't finish a job is not OK.

Karen and her husband come and clean my house bi-weekly. They have consistently done a wonderful job cleaning my house. I am always very pleased with the work they do. The business is owned by the two of them and they do all the cleaning. Karen is very personable and professional. She always calls the day prior to confirm when the will be arriving. They are punctual and do a very thorough job and the cost is very reasonable. They are very trustworthy and they are in and out of the house in about 2-3 hours. If you are looking for a house cleaning service, I highly recommend them.
