Alex got the job done in under 8 hours, and did a bunch of basic maintenance on the laptop (that I had been delaying) for no extra charge. His pricing was also slightly better than the competition. I'm a Data Scientist, and without my hardware, I can't do my job. So I'm rather particular. Alex definitely has won my repeated business.

I have been bringing business computer related issues to Alex for a couple of years now. Most recently my year old laptop stopped working properly. Turns out the hardrive went bad. He showed me the new part, put it back together and had it up and running the next day. As usual the service was speedy, informative and professional.
