This company was assigned by my home warranty company on Monday this week, the tech reached out and advised he couldn't come out Monday but could come out on Tuesday. I got a call Tuesday from the tech stating he made a mistake with his schedule and he couldn't come on Tuesday. Today I reached out via text mesg to confirm our appointment f9r today and he said he cannot guarantee he could come today at the allotted time due to his day job. This is very disheartening, unprofessional, and disappointing as my families and I cannot move i to our home without the locks being changed. DO not hire this company.
