the worst part was, soon after he was done we noticed cracks in the grout. Soon the grout began chipping away (within weeks). We called him and asked if he would take a look at it. He said he was busy with other projects and to call back next week. we tried to call the following week but he did not answer nor return the voicemails. we then called him from a different number and got ahold of him. i asked if he would at least come and look at it and he got upset and told me that i was wasting his time. so long story short: he did a bad job and refused to fix it.
