 + -1 moreWorking with Angela is like going back to days when customer service was the number one criteria. Angela walked me through every aspect of the loan process. We met and talked on the phone many times to make sure that the loan type that I chose was right for my financial situation. Angela is very professional and extremely knowledgable in her field, which is crucial when you are working with a loan officer. Angela was always available to answer questions and explain anything that was unclear to me. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone who is looking for a loan officer that will professionally handle your loan from the beginning all the way to sitting next to you at the closing.
Description of Work: Met and reviewed my financial situation. Various loan options were presented that would work for me. Spent time reviewing my choices and helping me decide on the right loan type for my situation. All the necessary paperwork was collected to process the loan. All paperwork was ready and complete at the time of closing. Loan officer was at the actual closing making sure all went as planned.

Description of Work: We recently used AC Mortgages to refinance our home. Angela Christianson went above and beyond the call of duty to find a program that would fit our unique needs. Most mortage companies would have just said it can't be done, and we would have had to settle for a higher rate or a 2nd mortgage. She diligently searched for 6 hours to find a program for us. The end result was better than we could have dreamed! Angela is an A+ professional that is easy to work with, extrememly knowlegeable and hard working. She truely cares about her clients, and it shows. I highly recommend AC Mortgages!
