Tim came out to do an estimate. I hired them to do the work but the pandemic held us up. Tim was very understanding that we didn't want to take any chances contracting the Corona virus so we decided to check with Tim. After a few weeks were comfortable to have the work done the end of May. Tim and Ken showed up promptly, and told us it would take 2 days. Ken went to work and completed it the second day, we hardly even know he was here. Ken completed the scraping, grouting, caulking and sealing. WOW what a difference, Ken did a terrific job. Thanks Groutsmith for a job well done!

First class, professional job!

I put out a job request on Home Adviser, and Tim Heuer, THE GROUTSMITH called me within about 45 minutes. We made arrangements to meet three days later so that he could look at the job. He arrived exactly on time. The job involved removing ~16 feet of old grout and replacing it with a new, finer done job. Tim seemed kind of embarrassed because that was basically his minimum price. I just said do a good job and that's a fair price. So, we agreed on the color, price and date and he arrived on time did a professional job at a fair price. Tim left everything spotless, the way it should have been done the first time. It can be tough finding these guys who take real pride in their work.
