The plumber worked hard and fast and effeciently. He didn't try and stretch out the work or sell anything that was not needed.

They've always done fine. We've used them before and they seem pretty good. My mother had a broken pipe and they did a lot of plumbing in her house. I have had them put in a kitchen faucet, a sump pump and a toilet in my mother's house. All the work always seemed fine. We are planning to use them in the future for a toilet replacement.

They are prompt, courteous and priced quite fairly.

The drain line from the bathtub to the main upright drain pipe was leaking. Another plumber wanted not only to replace the leaking drain line, but the main upright drain pipe at a cost of about $2500. Sun Ray plumbing gave me an estimate of about $800 to replace just the leaking drain line. They said the main upright drain pipe is in good condition, and it is rare that they leak, and it would be a waste of money to replace it. Needless to say, I had Sun Ray Plumbing do the work. They were punctual, courteous, and efficient. The final bill was within just a few dollars of the estimate. This project was done in June 2006, and neither the drain line from the bathtub or the main upright drain pipe has leaked since. I have had Sun Ray Plumbing do 2 or 3 other plumbing jobs since -- the last one in August 2009, based on the quality work at a reasonable price that they did back in 2006.

The 2nd job went very well - quick and easy! Great directions were left for us. The 1st job was more complicated because there were also subcontractors involved. The person who did the drywall was not as good - quite messy. Sun Ray's plumbing job was fine. He worked with us to find the correct shower liner/door for my elderly mother and did the research on products.

They were very good, prompt, very friendly and did a good job all around.

Excellent work, very fair price. Plumber was the neatest plumber my mother ever saw, also very courteous. Left no mess whatsoever and we think she got a very fair price, maybe because she's a senior citizen. Roter Rooter gave mother an estimate of $1500-$2000 to do the same work! Work only took an afternoon and his estimate was accurate.

THEY SHOW UP, WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY GIVE PRIORITY TO LEGITIMATE EMERGENCIES, SUCH AS LEAKS. IF FOR ANY REASON THEY ARE DELAYED, E.G., WHEN THEY HAVE AN EMERGENCY CALL ELSEWHERE AND OUR WORK IS NON-EMERGENCY, THEY CALL TO LET US KNOW. THEIR WORK HAS ALWAYS BEEN DONE IN A PROMPT, WORKMANLIKE MANNER, AND OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO ANYTHING REDONE THAT THEY DID (SOMETHING WE CANNOT SAY FOR PRIOR PLUMBERS).
