MARK ERICKSEN

We took a long time to pick a contractor. Mark's associate Steve (forgot his last name) met with us once for an estimate. Mark himself came over as well. They explained the job and the options in clear understandable terms. They also had a lot of good ideas on layout, where to place the doors, windows, etc. We felt pretty comfortable and chose Mark to do the job. Every sub contractor that Mark hired was professional and very good at their specialty. We have absolutely no complaints! Dennis (another associate) took time to work through a heating duct problem with the city inspector and completed rework to the inspector's satisfaction. Communication with Mark was very good. We could always get a hold of him on his cell if we needed to. Also, Mark was very good about calling and giving us a heads up on what's coming up or if there was going to be a wait. We would definitely hire Mark again, in fact we're thinking of hiring him to paint our kitchen!!

EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. A LOT OF GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER SUB CONTRACTORS. HE HAS A GREAT NETWORK WITH SUBS.
