Description of Work: It was easy to schedule. They had an estimate within a couple of hours. I had brakes, air conditioning, and general maintenance work done. My car is running smoothly and is keeping me cool again. A problem that a previous shop could not solve was also fixed. My car was ready the same day as promised.

Description of Work: I called because I was shopping around after my dealer told me I needed a fairly expensive part replaced (catalytic converter). Bob gave me a quote but then he also asked why the dealer said it needed to be replaced. After explaining what the dealer did, Bob asked me a few questions and advised that I really don't need it replaced - not yet anyway :) I've worked on cars enough to trust what he said - he asked the right questions and gave a clear explanation. Hard to find an honest repair shop that will turn down an expensive and easy job (easy for a shop with a lift anyway).
