I THOUGHT THEY CONSTRUCTED A FINE STRUCTURE, IT JUST TOOK A LONG TIME. THEY CONSTRUCTED THE STRUCTURE BETWEEN JUNE AND EARLY OCT. I'M NOT VERY FAMILIAR WITH CONSTRUCTION RATES, BUT IT SEEMED VERY LONG TO ME AND SO I GAVE THEM A ''D'' FOR PUNCTUALITY. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GRADE THE PRICE FOR THIS KIND OF WORK, I GUESSED. I MAY OR MAY NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HAVE ANOTHER SMALL MASONRY JOB I WANT DONE AND I'M GOING TO TRY A DIFFERENT ORGANIZATION AND SEE HOW THEY DO.
Description of Work: CONSTRUCTED SMALL BRICK 'HOUSE' (4 FT X 4 FT X 5 FT HIGH) OVER AN OLD CEMENT WELL HOUSING TO CREATE AN EGRESS WINDOW FOR A NEW BASEMENT BEDROOM.
