They were fabulous and I couldn?t recommend them highly enough. They were very professional, kind and understanding knowing that this was a huge problem. Because I was interviewing the first lawyer, they got a summary report very quickly and in time for me, and followed up to make sure that I had the report before seeing the lawyer. I am still waiting for the full report. They have been in this business for 10 years and have done a lot of court trials. They are very accustomed to presenting their findings before lawyers and juries. They are not cheap but they are excellent.
Description of Work: We used Built Environment to test our home for water intrusion. If there is a problem with stucco, they do the test in your house to find out how bad the problem is. The company comprises two architects and a microbiologist. They did a preliminary look around the house, and based on what they saw, they identified where to do invasive testing for moisture damage.
