Rates: $50 per hour on BASIC apartment move outs, home cleanings, and office/lobby maintaining, (prices are dependent on the condition of each unit, higher rates may apply). $60hr for Landscaping, mowing, weed control ( landscaping is dependent on workload, higher rates may apply ) Willing to negotiate, especially on Lawns!
