Before they came out they had me call Kohler to get the faucet ordered first.  Once the faucet was in hand, I called them and they came right out.  Their prices are very, very fair.  As a company, they are accessible, competent and honest.  I sell real estate and we have a concierge list that I provide to my clients and Braun Plumbing is at the top of my list.  One client was going to use them for in-floor heat and they recommended that they get insulation first and the client took their advice for get insulation and ended up not needing in-floor heat which caused them to essentially lose a job but in the process, because of their honesty, they gained referrals.  They are an A+ company.

Their service is exceptional. If we call them at 11 at nite for an emergency or any time they will come like immediately. They’ve come back for 12 years. Anybody who has used them is happy with them. They are very busy all the time. They are two young guys. They are very clean and knowledgeable. They are honest, polite and punctual.

Efficient, professional service provided with quality workmanship and professional recommendations. Nice, clean installation and relocation of gas and water lines as well as removal of old water heater.
