I really like the metal roof. I told the salesperson to just do the metal roof for now, because we were not sure what we were going to do with the rest of the house. He said, "no problem." They did the roof, so I let them do the other roof. When it came to the siding they said that we had to go with them because we signed a contract. I looked at the contract, and he had written "roof only." At the bottom it said that I gave my permission for them to do everything. It was contradictory, so I let them do it. I didn't like the price they were wanting and that is why I didn't want to go with them. They said they were the ones who told the insurance company the price. The siding was not to my standards. They got the wrong siding, color, and size, so they had to redo the outside. I wanted them out of the house. He was trying to tell me it was the right siding. When I mentioned it to the worker's they said that he had told me that he couldn't get it anymore. He was totally lying to me. I would never, ever do business with them again. The overall experience is poor.

Horrible..  This was an insurance claim.  Global roofing tore off my porch while I was running an errand, and without my consent.  They then told me they couldn't find anyone to sub-contract to do the job.  Global also contacted my insurance to try and strong arm them into sending them the rest of the insurance money before the work was even done.  Global broke one  basement window, and 2 shutters, which they said they would replace and never did.  Phone calls were never returned.  They were always late.  I have reported them to the better business bureau, and to the department of consumer affairs.  I have taken them to small claims court and they have never shown up.  They are the true definition of storm chasers.
